How do I check the status of my order?

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and a confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order is shipped.

If for whatever reason you didn’t receive your order confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, feel free to send us an email at help@freerangesupplements.com or you may fill out the contact form on our website and we’ll have it sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

How long does shipping take?

United States: 3 - 7 Business Days
(*unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and other outlying islands and territories including Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam)

Canada: 7 - 15 Business Days

United Kingdom: 5 - 10 Business Days

Australia / New Zealand: 7 - 15  Business Days

Does FreeRange Supplements cover import taxes or customs duty?

Under the International Trade Law, corresponding fees may be imposed for certain items upon arrival at the country of destination, and, we, FreeRange Supplements, do not assume responsibility for any import tax, customs duty, or any other charges incurred upon receipt of the imported goods purchased from any of our direct sales channel(s) of which the recipient or buyer will be fully responsible for shouldering such fees, taxes, or other applicable charges associated with the said purchase of goods as prescribed by a country's existing trade laws and regulations.

 

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used on a one-time basis only upon placing your order for which then your credit card information will be purged.

 

How do I order on your website?

Simply look for and select the product you want and click the "Shop Now" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

 

Does FreeRangeSupplements provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or if you find any damages to the product, you can reach out to us anytime and we’ll sort it out for you.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or to make any changes or adjustments to your order, you may do a self-service through the link provided at the bottom of your order confirmation email or on the "Order Status" page of your order or you can also email our customer support team at help@freerangesupplements.com within 24 hours of ordering.

Please note, however, that orders can only be edited or canceled within 24 hours of ordering and that any orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be canceled.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

 

Do you provide a refund if I don't like the product?
